Shipping Policy

At Pali Beauty, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping process below. We use Delhivery to fulfill our order deliveries.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Prepaid orders of ₹500 or more with in India.
  • Standard Shipping:₹100 for prepaid orders below ₹500.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat fee of ₹100.
  • Additional handling or convenience charges may apply for special requests.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address details are correct before confirming your order.
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information and courier details within 48 hours.
  • All orders are shipped via Delhivery.
  • While we do our best to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transport delays, customs clearance, or bank processing issues) may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after dispatch.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
